FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I do, insurance covers both Public Liability and Equipment Loss, just in case someone trips over a light stand or tripod, it is crucial that all photographers have equipment insurance. Cameras and associated equipment are very expensive, should I drop or have an accident with one of my cameras, then I am able to replace a camera ready for my next wedding.
Some wedding venues will not allow a photographer to operate at their venue without proof of insurance.

Does your package come with an Album?

It does not, however, I have a favorable discount on the Album if you order it along with your package.  I think it’s so important to print your images and I’m passionate about offering the very best Fine Art Albums.  To me, a photograph doesn’t feel real until it is a physical print I can hold in my hand. Holding something brings you closer to that captured moment.

When you receive one of my albums you’ll be wowed.

Like most people, I don’t like having my photo taken, will this be a problem?
Definitely not, it’s my job to work in a relaxed and friendly manner that helps you and your guests become comfortable with me. With my candid style of photography, after a little while, you won’t even know I’m there.

Can I request for a certain photo to be taken?

Absolutely. When we meet, usually one month before your wedding, I will have previously asked you to have a list of photos you would like taken.
In my experience, I have had a Bride and groom who have an elderly family member that I must not leave out.

How long after our Wedding will we receive our Photos?

I set an expectation of four weeks, depending on my wedding schedule, however lately I have been delivering photos within about two weeks after the event.

How will I receive my photos?

All your images will be delivered by digital download from your very own online gallery, you can choose to have them downloaded in high resolution, suitable for large print or low resolution which is sufficient for your online socials.

How much of a deposit do you require and when will it be due?

When you have chosen me as your photographer, I send you a contract, once signed (digitally) my system recognizes that you have signed the contract and will auto-generate an invoice for the total amount of your package.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due on the same date as the signed contract with the balance payable 30 days before your wedding.
